11. June.2010-Association ARrK-dvv International , during the month of May and June ,  was an active participant in the working group for the preparation of  the national strategic plan 2010-2015, a particular contribution was achieved in the field of adult education and informal education. Our participation together with partners and holders of education in Kosovo, finalized with a raise of national education budget for informal education and adult education in Kosovo from 2% to 3.8% compared with the previous budget.

Aim of these workshops was confirmation of our joint objectives and vision for the educational system of Kosovo.

Our aim for the future is, after joint approval of this plan to have in the future joint yearly meetings where we will discuss the progress, achievements and drawbacks in the implementation of this plan and jointly to make the updates of objectives and new activities for the following year in the frame of the strategic plan.Workshops and working groups are organized in the frame of the Project for Construction of Capacities and Reform of Education (PNKRA) financed from the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) executed by SIPU International.
