Implementation of the project „Production and installation of solar collectors“ |

Tuzla, May-June 2010. Centre for Development and Support (CRP) from Tuzla has successfully launched the project „Production and installation of solar water heating systems“ with the financial support from dvv international – Office in Sarajevo.
 The aim of this project is to train 20 young, unemployed adults for the independent planning, production and installation of simple solar systems. This will enable the participants to compete on the labour market with better chances for employment in the production of new technologies, regarding growing use of solar energy in the process of increasing energy efficiency. The trainees have participated so far in theoretical lessons about adequate use of tools and materials and the production process. Moreover, 45 hours of practical training were conducted. Practical activities included following topics:
- preparation of solar collector frame,
- preparation of sun beam absorber.
In the course of the project, participants will also learn to manufacture the collector supporter, to assemble and to install the entire system. Subsequently, the manufactured system will be installed in the Daily care centre for children with special needs in Tuzla.
