December 23-24, 2009 , Professional school employees are considered as prominent professionals in the educational professions who currently need to expand their portfolio of job skills on education, especially at updating work knowledge with adults, in particular at schools in which informal education is being implemented (education with adult)

The content and purpose of the workshop

The two-day seminar, which is organized by the Association ARrK in cooperation with MEST, was a training offered to schoolteachers in order to increase the quality of informal education through vocational schools. Training was conducted according to the needs for the acquisition of knowledge for teaching the following topics:

• Specific educational work with adults;
• Basic educational psychological work with the following (students) of different age groups of professional schools;
• Theory of contemporary strategies for theoretical and practical training of vocational school attendees;
• Aspects of practical application of psychology in the adult education;
• The most common errors during the planning of a professional in working with adult education;
• Debating about the needs and fields of interest of teachers practitioners for waging a quality teaching;
• Practical activities regarding contemporary trends for the successful planning of educational and practical work in professional schools.

In this seminar participated 29 teachers, and trainers have been lecturer and professor Dr. Demë Hoti and professor Sc.Naser Zabeli.
Upon completion of the training, participants were certified with certificates of participation by ARrK Association (DVV International).
