Training of Trainers for the Educational Work with Adults |

Vlašić, 17th -19th of December 2009. The fifth seminar in the series "Training of Trainers for the Educational Work with Adults", cycle 2008/2009, was held from 17th -19th of December 2009. There were 30 participants attending the seminar representing worker’s universities, occupational schools, cultural centers and NGOs.
In the form of interactive lectures and workshops following topics were covered during the second seminar:
- Management of Adult Education
- Management of strategy regarding the example of institutions of education
- Management and leading skills
- Administration of employees work efficiency in Adult Education
- Development of leader skills
- Conviction-, negotiation- and communication skills
- Marketing plans of Adult Education institutions
The trainers during the seminar were: Prof. Dr. Šefika Alibabić from the Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade and MA Emir Avdagić, director of dvv international – office in Sarajevo. The moderator of the seminar was Narcis Hošo, Prof., staff associate at the Bosnian cultural centre, Sarajevo. After a final evaluation of the complete seminar on Saturday the 19th of December 2009 the participants received their certificate of participation.
