Project Goals

To promote lifelong learning and adult education in South Eastern Europe
To further develop the established networks between the different stakeholders in LLL (ministries, adult education providers, social partners, NGO sector, international organizations) on local, national and regional level
To empower the adult education experts in South Eastern Europe in terms of more effective lobbying and advocacy for Lifelong Learning by training and providing them with practical and theoretical tools and know-how
To strengthen the position of the civil society sector in the national and international decision-making process
To raise the public awareness of the importance of lifelong learning for personal and professional fulfilment in the rapidly changing globalized world nowadays
